Flex DVA Hours
Flexible DVA hours can be used for tasks in addition to your selected services or purchased as a 'stand-alone' service. This includes, but is not limited to floor plans, design boards, design presentations, templates, and more!
*The pricing structure is based on a minimum allocation of 10 service hours. To ensure you are fully informed of the status of your allocated hours, I will provide you with a weekly update. This update will detail your remaining hours and allow you to purchase additional time as needed.

Elevations
I know how important an elevation can be in illustrating your design plan for your clients. I'll make it easy for you to showcase your vision for your clients.
How It Works:
Send me your sketches and measurements, and I'll provide you with an elevation (black & white) of the wall with your branding added in a professional presentation layout.
Deliverables:
-1 elevation (black & white)
-One revision with up to 2 changes
-Editable Canva template link to your branded customizations
Floor Plans
I know how important a floor plan can be in illustrating your design plan for your clients. I'll make it easy for you to show your clients the "roadmap" to your vision.
How It Works:
Send me your sketches and measurements, and I'll provide you with a precise floor plan (black & white) with your branding added in a professional presentation layout.
Deliverables:
-1 floor plan (black & white)
-One revision with up to 2 changes
-Editable Canva template link to your branded customizations

Rendering Services

There's no better way to level up your business and give your clients the confidence to move forward with your carefully curated design plan than a 3D photorealistic rendering. Simply send me the necessary information, and I'll bring your design plan to life!
How It Works:
Send me the details! I'll need a floor plan/furniture layout, photos, product details (if applicable), material specs, and any specific camera angle requests.
Deliverables:
-2-3 photorealistic 4K renderings of the space with "look-alike" models to match the colors, textures, and accurate sizing of the products in your design plan.
-Professional edits to adjust lighting, clarity, etc. (if applicable)
