Happy New Year, friends!
There’s something about the clean slate of January that always gets me reflecting on where we’ve been and where we’re headed—and this year is no different. I'm feeling especially grateful for the incredible clients, collaborators, and creative opportunities that made 2025 such a meaningful chapter.
As I look ahead, I’m excited to share a few important updates about how I’ll be working with you in 2026. These changes are designed to support an even smoother, more intentional experience—for both homeowners and my fellow designers. Let’s jump in.
Pricing Updates
Starting this month (January), you’ll see a small increase in pricing across most services. This modest adjustment is simply to help offset the rising transaction and processing fees that come with each project.
My goal has always been to keep my services accessible while honoring the time, tools, and care that go into creating thoughtful, personalized results. This update allows me to maintain the quality you count on, without compromise.
If you’ve been thinking about starting a project, now’s a great time to lock in current pricing by booking before the 15th.
A New Client Portal: Goodbye Mydoma, Hello HoneyBook
As of this month, all projects are officially being managed through HoneyBook—a more modern, user-friendly platform for proposals, invoices, contracts, and communication.
While Mydoma served me well for many years, it no longer aligns with the way I want to run my business or serve my clients. Between recent price hikes, a lack of reliable support, and future changes that I simply can’t get behind, the decision to switch was clear.
HoneyBook offers a smoother experience and helps me stay organized so I can keep the focus where it belongs: on you and your design goals.
Note: Mydoma access is now fully closed, but I’ve safely archived all past project files. If you ever need something from a previous collaboration, just reach out—I’ve got you covered.
FAQ: What You Might Be Wondering
When does the new pricing start? January 15, 2026. Projects booked before that date will honor current rates.
Is the platform hard to use? Not at all. HoneyBook is intuitive and easy to navigate. Once you book, you’ll receive a link to your personal portal—no extra logins or apps needed.
Can I get help navigating the new system? Of course! I’m always happy to walk you through it or even send over a quick video if that’s helpful. Just email me anytime with questions.
Do I need to do anything if I’m a past client? Nope! If you’re starting something new, you’ll be invited into the new system. If you ever need files from an old project, just ask.
